The Villiage Ledger · Notes on Fair Dealings

The Shopkeeper’s Notes

Thirty notes on money, trade and fair dealing — kept the way a shopkeeper keeps a book. Behind them sit three words: who you are, how you move, and what you hold and increase. One note a day, read two ways — hers and his.

Kept with WomanCEO / GUILLD and read alongside IQUI — A Real Estate CEO.

Note 13 — The Law of Pursuit

This is the scholar day. Pursuit is not chasing — chasing is panic with a direction. Pursuit is study in motion: she follows a thing until it gives up what it knows.

The three words behind every dealing

Who you are — the character

The C word is the attribute. The adjective. WHO you are — you, your business, your idea, your movement. It is a state of being, and a state of being can be stepped into with a word.

You are chief because it is in your code — your DNA, your intelligence, your intellect, your expertise. Chief means choicest. The C word is the right side of the triangle, and it is the easy side, because it already IS you. You do not manufacture it; you align to it.

So instead of cruel, you wipe off your shoes and step into compassionate. Instead of crumbled, created. Instead of clueless, conscious. That is the whole move — change your mind, change your state, and the character of everything you touch changes with it. A CEO by first nature.

How you move — the doing

The E word is the verb. Not the adjective — the doing. Watch an AI work: it never reports "feeling justified." It reports rendering, justifying, aligning, thinking, estimating. You do not feel justified. You justify.

You are not hired to merely BE chief. You are the C word by alignment, and then you execute the E word attached to it. That is character: the verb and the adverb — what you do and how you walk across the stage. Always moving things along, the way a house gets built.

Every C word has an E word bolted to it so the step is easy. You are compassionate, so you ease. You are considerate, so you esteem. You are contemplative, so you entertain. Never confusing, never heavy — it is in your program, and it profits you and your thing.

What you hold — the increase

The O word is the perfection. The noun. WHAT you hold and increase — the office, the resource, the outcome, the fruit. It is not something you chase; it is what settles into your hands when the C word and the E word are in place.

God is created, so God exists — and what God holds is One. God is contemplative, so God entertains — and what God holds is an outcome. The O word is the result of the attribute and the execution working together, the way a body produces fruit when it is fed.

This is why the CEO words are the easy way to prosperity: you do not build the outcome by force. You step into the C word, execute the E word attached to it, and the O word arrives as the natural perfection of the thing.

The Adventure CEO — a good idea takes form

Created → Exist → One

not to invent, not to earn

You are created, therefore you exist. The execution is as easy as walking up the mountain. What you hold is One — the unit that increases everything it is added to.

The Adventure CEO — the attribute you step into

Capable → Exercise → Opportunity

not potential sitting still

You are capable, so you exercise what you have to work with. What you hold is an opportunity — one real opening where capacity can be put to work.

The Art of CEO — a little more just

Competent → Equip → Opportunist

not unequipped ability

Capability becomes competent when it is equipped. Tools, armor, intelligence, intellect, land, skill, counsel and order make you ready to recognize the door and take it cleanly.

The Profit CEO — the character deepens

Capacious → Enlarge → Opportunities

not a sealed promise

Capacious means roomy. You enlarge what you have to work with, and what increases is opportunities — not one opening only, but openings you can receive, make and share.

The Adventure CEO — the attribute you step into

Considerate → Esteem → Omen

not evaluate

Instead of not thinking of it at all, you have a thought. You are considerate by nature, so you esteem the thing. What you hold is the omen — the sign that the world is speaking to the woman who is paying attention.

The Art of CEO — a little more just

Circumspective → Evaluate → Oracle

not enable, ease, employ or extend

Now that you are being considerate, you go deeper and look around it. You evaluate — and it profits the thing. What you hold is the oracle: to see is enough, because most signs are not hidden; they are simply unread by women in a hurry.

The Sovereign CEO — mastery, the choice taken

Circumspect → Eschew → Option

not endless options

Circumspect means you have looked all the way around the thing and kept the point. You eschew what does not fit. What remains is the option: not a menu of possibilities, but the actual choice — the best option to take now.

The Act of CEO — make it profitable

Contemplative → Entertain → Outcome

not evaluate

You are contemplative, so you entertain an idea. God is contemplative — which is why you can rely on Him to entertain a thing. What you hold is an outcome: not the output of a machine, but what actually came of it.

The Profit CEO — the character deepens

Calculative → Estimate → Outcomer

not entertain

Add contemplative and entertain together and you become dependable — then calculative. This is why an AI says "estimating." God is calculative, so God estimates. What you become is the outcomer: the one an outcome can be trusted to, not the one who merely hopes for it.

The Prosperous CEO — mastery, the deepest part

Comprehensive → Expound → Outcomes

not estimate

Comprehensive means it is understood. So it expounds. This is where the kings and queens stay — and it is what God does. What you increase are outcomes: for yourself, for the people who came to you, and for every dealing you touch.

The Adventure CEO — the attribute you step into

Conscious → Examine → Observation

not a passing glance

You are conscious — awake and aware, eyes open, the room registering. So you examine: look closely, inspect, turn the thing over. What you hold is an observation — one seen thing, written down. One clear observation is worth a week of impressions.

The Art of CEO — a little more just

Cognitive → Educate → Observer

not sight kept private

Conscious becomes cognitive: you do not only see, you know — you perceive, reason, connect one seen thing to another. What you have examined you now educate, because a purview that stays private is wasted. What you hold is an office: the observer, the one trusted to watch and report truly.

The Profit CEO — the character deepens

Cognizant → Educe → Observations

not data left latent

Cognizant carries legal weight — official knowledge you are answerable for. You educe: you draw out and develop what was latent, bringing a conclusion out of what was only data. What you increase is observations, plural — the seeing and the keeping at once. Ring upon ring of concentric learning, each sphere carrying the last: that widening is intelligence.

The Adventure CEO — the attribute you step into

Courteous → Equal → Others

not courtesy without equal dealing

You are courteous, so you equal in action and execution. What you have to work with is others — the people whose presence, needs and dealings make patronage possible. Others are the resource to honour and increase.

The Adventure CEO — the attribute you step into

Conscientious → Equate → Opposites

not calling yourself conscientious without doing the equation

A proper, profitable thing is conscientious by nature. It becomes first nature through the execution: you equate. True conscientiousness is shown and increased by learning to equate opposites. What you have to work with is opposites.

The Adventure CEO — the attribute you step into

Compassionate → Ease → Offering

not compassion claimed without easing

You become compassionate through what Days 22 and 23 have added: courteous first, then able to equate opposites. If you do not ease, compassion remains only a claim about your nature. What you have to work with is an offering — yours or another's — and offerings are always present as the resource to increase.

The Adventure CEO — the attribute you step into

Consistent → Endure → Obtainment

not a goal imagined but never held fast

The prior days prepare you to endure: to preserve and hold fast. You are consistent by nature and become more consistent by making the thing plumb, fast and fastened. One endures to profit. What you have to work with is an obtainment — not merely the aim, but what you will actually gain.

The Adventure CEO — the culmination that begins the next round

Continual → Embark → Onset

not treating culmination as an ending

You are continual: a thing in motion stays in motion, and the motion matters. You embark on the next adventure, the next thought, the next move of the chess piece. What you have to work with is an onset — not a problem, but the beginning and the resources for the next recipe. Day Thirty begins the apprentice cycle, carrying the Fibonacci house and all its gathered furniture forward.
